Egy hosszú hétvégét töltöttünk el itt, a szoba rendezett volt, amiben minibár található. A minibárral kapcsolatosan nem volt egyértelmű, hogy miért kell fizetni, és mi az, ami ingyenes -» a hűtőre az volt írva, hogy ingyenes az alkoholmentes ital, az árlistán viszont szerepelt ezeknek az ára. Ezt javaslom a szolgáltatónak pontosítani.
A fürdőszobában minden megtalálható volt: szappan, testápoló, tusfürdő, shampon és hajkondicionáló is.
A tv-n nem lehetett minden adót fogni, így ha valakinek hozzátartozik a pihenéshez egy jó film megnézése, akkor ajánlom, hogy vigyen magával külső adathordozón filmet.
Tartozott a szálláshoz wellness rész, ami két medencéből és két szaunából áll (felár ellenében egyéb szolgáltatások vehetőek igénybe). A benti medence 32-36 fokos volt elméletileg, én azt gondolom, hogy ennél hidegebb volt, illetve a masszaírozó részek nem kapcsoltak be. A napozó ágyak térítésmentesen igénybe vehetőek, illetve van a szálláson köntös és papucs is, amit medencézéshez (is) tudtunk használni. Törölközőt wellness kártyával kaptunk, ezt a kártyák a recepción adták bejelentkezéskor.
A reggeli rendben volt, a választék viszonylag kicsi, de ezzel nekünk nem volt bajunk. A teraszon tudtunk reggelizni.

A Mercure Tokaj Hotel minden szempontból felülmúlta az elvárásainkat.
A szobák, a wellness részleg, a reggeli és a vacsora egyaránt kiváló minőséget képviseltek – minden részletre figyeltek.

Külön kiemelném a reggelit: az ételek minősége és az ízléses tálalás messze meghaladja más hasonló kategóriájú szállodák kínálatát.

Az alkalmazottak – beleértve a vezetőséget is – rendkívül figyelmesek, segítőkészek és barátságosak voltak, ami igazán különleges hangulatot teremtett.

Csütörtökön nincs masszázs annak aki nem ott szált meg. Múlt évben még lehetett.. Most akartunk foglalni időpontot, de nem lehet. Ez aztán a kiszolgálás! Ott lakóknak lehet. Tehát nem foglalt, hanem csak.. Ez a magyar kapitalizmus. Eszetlen. Szolgáltatás van, de igény a vevőre nincs.. Turizmus, mi? Éttermi fogyasztásunk sem lesz így...

Május végén 3 napot töltöttünk a szállodában.
A szobák ,fürdők szépek és tiszták.
A kilátás is rendben volt, a két folyó találkozására nézett a szoba.
Az étterem szép, az ételek nagyon finomak.
A pincérek jó fejek és kedvesek.
Welness részleg nem túl nagy de van minden ami kell.
Kinti medence is szuper a sok nyugággyal.
Reggeli sokféle és minden finom volt.
A reggeliztető személyzet rendkívül kedves és udvarias!
Nekik külön egy nagy köszönet a finom reggelikért és a kedvességükért!!
Nem sok helyen lehet már ilyen jófej emberekkel találkozni!

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat ! A környezet a kiszolgálás mindent meg tettek hogy jól érezzük magunkat . Külön dicséret a szakácsnak jó ízű szìnvonalas ételek ! Látszik hogy szívvel lélekkel csinálja !

Superior szobát foglaltunk ami a Bodrog és Tisza talakozására nézett. Bőséges svédasztalos reggeli és vacsora volt, amikor kevés a vendég akkor az étteremben lehet fogyasztani az előre elkészített étlapról. Nagyon finomak voltak az ételek. A wellness nem túl nagy
viszont kevésen voltak ottvoltunkor így nem volt probléma. 1 infra és egy finn sauna van valamint pezsgőfürdős medence ami kicsit zajos ha valaki relaxálni akar. Van többféle masszazslehetőség is. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész a személyzet. Központ 5perc séta ami most felújítás alatt van. Lépten-nyomon pincek várják a vendégeket bórkostólokra.

Nagyon szép környezet, szép szobák, nagy tisztaság. Az ágy kicsit puha volt de ez ízlés dolga!
A félpanziós ellátásban a vacsora választéka elég szűkös szerintem egy 4 csillagos szállodához képest, de a személyzet egyből felajánlotta, h vmit még elkészítene személyre szólóan.

Nagyon szép és kényelmes volt a szobánk. Kedves a személyzet. A reggeli nem csak szép és finom, de változatos is. A wellness része lehetne nagyobb és sajnos a belső medencéknél pont elromlott a bugyborék. 🫤 Az étterme gyönyörű és mennyei volt minden falat!
