Nyári hétköznap voltunk ott. Teljes kihaltság, sehol egy lélek. A sz@ros istállóban legalább láttuk a bivalyokat, épp oda voltak behúzódva a meleg elől. Ha kint lettek volna a tóban hűsölve, semmit nem láttunk volna belőlük,mivel a tavat nem ajánlották személyautóval körbejárni, a tóra épített kilátó stég pedig le volt zárva...
Egy helyen megállva láttunk többféle vízi madarat, ez a fotósoknak jó program lehet.

3 óra környékén érkeztünk, nem volt nyitva a kapu. Az interneten 5 óráig van nyitvatartás írva. Kerestük hátha van másik bejárat, egy kilátót találtunk, arra fel tudtunk menni és ennyi. A kilátás nagyon szép, de a bivalyokat nem láttuk, mert be voltak zárva, pedig ezért autóztunk idáig.

Bár maga a "Bivalyrezervátum" csalódás volt, mégis sikeres volt a küldetésünk. Autóval találtunk egy földutat, ami a tó mellett halad, s egy kilátóhoz vezet. Ott leparkoltunk. Közvetlen előttünk volt egy kisebb csorda, idővel becsatlakozott még 2x annyi társuk. Legeltek, fürdőztek tőlünk pár méterre. Azt hiszem, óriási szerencsénk volt. Nagyon élveztük a látványt!
