Located in very nice neighborhood and 100 meters from the underground parking garage. Very clean and big rooms. The rooms are very nice decorated and there is everything what you need in a hotel. Staff was extremely polite and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The French toast with cheese is recommended 😋.
Not suitable for disabled people and people with heavy luggage ( no elevator)

We stayed one night in this hotel during our cycle tour from Vienna to Budapest. Friendly staff was welcoming us. Nice, clean & big room. Excellent breakfast. Ideally located to visit the city. One attention point: no elevator in this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay !

Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung für jedermann!
Das Hotel liegt im Herzen der Györer-Innenstadt und zeichnet sich durch eine moderne sowie barocke Inneneinrichtung aus. Die Zimmer sind extrem geräumig, sauber sowie qualitativ eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl an kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten, sodass jeder Gaumen etwas finden kann, das ihm gefallen wird. Darüber hinaus möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals hervorheben, die stets hilfsbereit und höflich waren.
Es gibt lediglich einen (kleinen) negativen Aspekt, den ich kritisieren muss.
Da sich das Hotel in einer Seitengasse der Fußgängerzone befindet, verfügt das Hotel über keine eigenen Parkplätze, sodass man entweder auf eine 150m entfernte Parkgarage oder Seitenstreifen ausweichen muss, um zu parken. Die Parkgebühren für einen Tag in der Tiefgarage belaufen sich auf ca. 5€. Im Großen und Ganzen gebe ich dem Hotel 9,5 von 10 möglichen Sternen und kann es jedem weiterempfehlen!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen 🙌🏽👏🏽!

We were on a bike ride from Passau to Budapest and the tour company booked this hotel for us. We arrived mid afternoon and it was 95 degrees outside. They would not let us check in or even come inside the hotel for two hours, despite the heat. We stayed at over 20 hotels in Europe during this bike trip and every single one were accommodating and allowed us to check in when we arrived except for this one. This was September 4, 2024.

We spent a day and a half here before heading to Budapest. The city was beautiful and charming, and the hotel was great—perfectly located in the heart of town.

Sehr empfehlenswert, kleines aber feines Hotel, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Sonderwünsche werden gern erfüllt z.B; Omelett, Rührei, Spiegelei usw. Begrüßung getränk nach Wunsch in hauseigener Bar.

Very centrally located. Helpful and kind staff overall. Breakfast is a bit underwhelming but serviceable. Györ is a lovely place ...I wish we had more time there!

On arrival to this hotel, I was greeted by the staff at the reception desk. You do have to get buzzed in so a quick press of the bell at the front door and someone was there to greet me immediately.||After a very quick check-in, I was shown to room 101. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well decorated perfect for my one night stay. It is worth noting at checking I got a free welcome drink voucher to use in the bar in the basement.||I have stayed here before, but in one of their executive suites. Room 101 was a standard room. The only difference I could tell to the executive suite was a smaller seating area and no bath. (The executive suite had a bath for two people!!)||This is an old hotel decorated in an old style matching the ambience of the town. The bed is incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby. The air-conditioning unit is operated by remote control and did seem to have a mind of its own. However, the temperature felt about right throughout my stay.||There isn’t drink making facilities in the room, but there is a central drinks/snack area in the landing. I like this idea that would much prefer to have it in the room, as some rooms do have the space for it. ||I went out for dinner in the neighbouring La Mareda restaurant. I mention that here because you get discount if you are staying in this hotel.||Breakfast at the hotel is well equipped for what you need and for the price you pay. A small selection of drinks, continental food and a breakfast menu on offer for cooked foods. ||In both my stays at this hotel, the staff have been phenomenal in all areas. ||You cannot drive directly to this hotel as the streets are too narrow to get the car down and some areas are pedestrianised. Make sure you know where you’re going before you arrive here as Gyor can be a bit of a rabbit warren in some areas. ||I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Gyor. Undoubtedly, I will be back on business again and will choose this hotel.
